Rejection reviews
Hi,
Could you please review the last two client rejections that I received?
The Microsoft one is a bit weird as the client never gave me an opportunity to do a revision. I Felt like they had an ulterior motive for rejecting the project, like they just changed their mind. The project was turned in on time and approved by Bunny QC.
The DHLxESL project was also turned in on time and was praised by the client but they had decided to go a different way with the project.
I believe that the rejection of these projects was to no fault of mine and that my ratings should not suffer just because the client changed their mind.

There are actually three now.
All three were bookings and all three passed Voice Bunny QC.

This was for DHL x ESL. The response from the client was favorable, they just changed their mind about the style they were going with.

This was for Microsoft Partner services and support. I followed their direction and delivered what I thought they wanted. Their response was all negative and they did not even request a revision but wanted a refund. Seems like maybe they just changed their minds about what they wanted.

This was for Private Project, a good sized job. I was having a hard time taking direction from the client through a third party and I feel that the client had similar issues communicating with me. This is a case where I feel that if I could have spoken with the client over the phone, then I could have understood what they wanted. I realize that this is against VB policy, for obvious reasons, but those reasons shouldn't reflect negatively against my VB stats.

I'm really sorry for the delay. Somehow this post got lost! I will investigate what happened and why wasn't I notified about this.

Keep in mind we receive a lot of requests on a daily basis, for this, our usual review for this type of cases takes from 1 - 2 weeks. As you shared 3 projects, we want to take the time to review them all before giving you our final response.
All 3 projects have been ignored from your stats. You'll see the changes reflected within the next 24 hours.
For future cases, I'd appreciate if you can be a bit patient. We are not neglecting the verification, but please understand we do have to go over many different projects and that can take some time!
