stats

This is a follow up to an earlier post. I hope this gets a response, I am fairly new to Voice Bunny, I have yet to do a project and my "stats" are all zero. How can I improve my stats without an opportunity. I was led to believe that new "pros" got a bump in stats to get us going. I didn't receive that. I'm also confused on how I'm notified that a project is available. When you (voice bunny) sent a request for me to apply and record the script you sent. I saw it in the e-mail and recorded it when I got home about 3 hours later. You log my return time at something like 19 hours...how am I supposed to know something is waiting. This is my second post on this subject and have not received a reply. Someone who knows how this works....please I want to work but need direction
