    Yes, I'm experiencing this same issue, and got that same reply.  I've never had this problem with VoiceBunny before; please advise!

    We're currently having some trouble with some withdrawing transactions. I have just added your cases to the report so we can withdraw your funds as quick as possible! 

    Just to make sure, are you both attempting to withdraw funds via PayPal?

    Hey guys!

    Please know the withdrawal issue for your accounts has been resolved. Can you please try to withdraw your funds and let me know if it works? If it doesn't, I'll make sure to review the case again with our engineering team. it should be working :)
