Feedback for Reconsideration.
Hello, I recently had my audition rejected for overcompression. I didn't add any compression or EQ, but I did read the comments of other people that were rejected for overcompression. So I followed the recommended fixes. I lowered the gain on my recorder (zune H6) and backed off the mic (Rode NT-1).
Here's a link to a new recording I made. Can someone please tell me if this will be acceptable before I submit again? Thanks.

Hi Devin,
I've listened to both your original (rejected) audition and this new sample you shared. The second one sounds clearer but I do agree it's not a case of overcompression. We've recently been raising the bar in terms of quality and this has caused some discrepancies in terms of what should be considered overcompression.
The only minor issues I would point out are some clicks when you say ''voiceover artists, has thousands of options' and that it sounds a bit rushed.
You can apply again though. When you log in again it should read "You've started an application process, click here to continue it". You should get another application project in 7 to 31 days.
Hope that helps!

Thanks for the feedback Sebastian! I will record again and make those adjustments.
