My profile is still disabled
Hello, I inquired about my profile being disabled several months ago. The explanation was the quality of the recordings although I had completed several recordings just that week with no problems. All recordings were accepted internally and by the clients. Yesterday, I received a Speedy request - even though my profile is disabled and this too was accepted both internally and by the client.
This doesn't make sense and is very frustrating. I have uploaded several samples - all professionally recorded in a local studio so there is nothing wrong with these recordings.
My question is why is my profile still disabled?

Sorry for our late response. We reviewed your profile and your current quality and defined it was already up to our standards. Please make sure you remove all the old samples that were rejected so they don't impact your current profile.
You should be receiving project invitations normally at this moment!
