    Thanks for informing us of the issue with your withdrawals. Apparently, there's an error with your withdrawals so let me go ahead and review that case for you.

    We're totally paying you, however, I wish you could give us some time to fix the problem presented. We're definitely not doing this on purpose.

    Hi Andrea!

    We just made a change and it should be working now. Can you please try to withdraw again? If it's still giving you troubles, let me know and I'll make sure we do more research on the case.

    Hi Angela. Thank you it worked. I was concerned because a couple weeks ago I posted to the community a problem with my profile being blocked from receiving new projects, but I did not receive any reply. However, see that has been corrected with whatever change you made so I could withdraw funds.

    I thought it was fixed with the withdraw problem, I had started seeing projects again, but they dropped off again. I've noticed that my profile has the "Bummer - this pro is not accepting projects right now" again, (or still). Thank you for you help!
