Please check my sample for reinstatement.

Hello fellow bunnies, and I hope your day is going well. I am a totally blind college student, and I have been working as a bunny since 2015, where upon I had very little experience starting out. During my time working with this company, I have valued the advice of the QC team and it has helped me to become a better artist. I've been averaging multiple direct bookings every month for a couple years straight now, though I don't see many contest invites. I have fluctuated pricing as I go, so I figured that had something to do with it..

During this past month, I noticed that I wasn't getting weekly progress emails, and I wasn't getting bookings. A client eventually referenced my profile link on one of my social media pages, directing me to a message that my profile had been shut down. They were wondering why I was no longer accepting bookings. Of course, I didn't know this was happening, so I emailed the support team right away..

The support I received was well above amazing. I was told that some of my samples had been rejected due to QC reasons. Ironically, I had just been thinking the week before about how I needed to clean out my samples. The large majority of the offending samples were from my first year as a bunny, and I won't lie. They weren't measurable to what I'm putting out now. After reviewing the list of offending samples though, I noticed a couple other problems I didn't know about. A couple of my samples had stereo music in them, so when they were converted to mono, it compromised the quality and distorted slightly. The last issue was that the system itself had made samples available from successful bookings I had done, but they weren't really sample worthy. These were samples of video game characters and such, saying only a few choice words. I think a couple of them were under 5 seconds long..

Needless to say, I have removed the offending samples and cleaned everything up. This is something I had planned on doing, and something I needed to do in the first place. I could be wrong, but I think I've only had 1 or 2 rejections on this site during the entire time. I have all positive reviews with an average of 5 stars to back this up. I do take full responsibility for not staying on top of my samples, but I hope this will no longer be a problem and that I can continue my working relationship with this company now that the issue has been addressed.
