Sample Script ideas/sources

    Hey JV

I think it's a great move to create new samples from scratch! This will help you ensure you are not infringing any copyrights.

We currently don't have some sample scripts, but I can give you some recommendations to have your own based on what I, personally, do.

    1. I suggest you review the copy of some recordings you've already recorded before and create your own scripts. This is very useful because it allows you to choose the sentences that you can read the best and also take the intention the way you want. I highly recommend you try this as it will allow you to take your scripts in the direction you want and craft the perfect samples. It works, to me, much better than looking for free scripts which I'm not that familiarized with.

    2. Find some free sample scripts. I know there are various banks like http://www.stagemilk.com/voice-over-scripts/ and https://www.voiceactorsnotebook.com/voice-over-scripts-for-free. You can record them because they're free to use and usually meant for practice. The downside of these ones is that you're more likely to find other users who have samples using these same scripts. This may lead to comparison and bias you or our clients to choose based on just performance but also on how the voice sounds for different people.

    Hope this helps!
