How to remain "nameless" on VB
I'm brand new here. Just had my application accepted and went to my profile. My name is everywhere: at the top as "name" (of course,) on the url itself, and on the "application project" sample file.
I was able to simply change my "name" on the profile but the "application sample" and url remain the same. Can anyone even see my "profile" anyway? If so does anyone have tips on how to change the url and application project names? In the knowledge base it is very vague on this, basically: real name when applying but ok to change in profile after. (which I did)
In case you're wondering I need to stay anonymous for work reasons.
Thank you.

Hi J
We're working on this via email! However, I do believe it's better to keep this conversation here so that other Pros that work with us are able to find the answer to this question in the future.
So, as I mentioned previously, the name of your samples will be 100% private. The only users who will have access to them are the admins from VoiceBunny and yourself. Of course, we wouldn't share this information publicly in any way as we have very strict privacy policies.
Now, in regards to your public name, you can change this at any given moment in your Rates and Project Preferences area. As long as your account agreement was signed with your actual name, it's all OK!
Last but not least, there's the profile's URL. This one is set with the initial name you used to create your application. We don't usually change this URL as we associate a name to a Pro ID (i.e. 91KM918) which will be shared publicly. As in your case you'd like to keep your name 100% private, we're going to change the given name. If you can confirm which name you'd like to use, I'd appreciate it!
That's a good idea. I'd like to also suggest that they alter this for future applicants to a less identifiable URL. I can't imagine I'm the only one who'd need to stay anonymous on this platform. Thanks again for your help with this matter. J (I've emailed you the name.)
Thank you for the suggestion, JV! We'll make sure to review the idea.
