Hi Todd,
This sample definitely sounds better than some of the rejected samples. Is it possible for you to always record in this studio? In the audio you mentioned you've used 3 different ones, but they may not always produce approvable deliverables.
In order to activate your account, make sure you delete any old samples that do not meet this quality standard. Remember to always keep your samples up to date and just upload the best ones.

Yes, it is possible to use only this studio. One of the previous 3 was a radio station studio and I can't help how they have that set up. It may be fine for them, but I will not use it any more for Voice Bunny. The other was a makeshift booth that has been dismantled.
All the poor quality Samples have been deleted and I will begin to replace them with the best samples done only in this booth setup. The application project I left there, it was done originally in the now dismantled booth. I should probably delete that one as well.
