Rejected sample
My sample was rejected due to "Room echo (reverb)
- Background noise
- Voice sounds robotic

The performance must sound natural and conversational and a flat or robotic tone must especially be avoided. We expect all the deliverables to be: well edited, unprocessed, ready-to-use audio files."
I had a high quality format which could not be uploaded due to the 16 bit guideline. Please let me know how I can upload aan optimum quality sample.

Hi Guita,
Please have in mind that, the 44.1 kHz, 16 bit format should be enough. Higher quality audio files won't have less noise. It'd suggest you address the source of this noise before proceeding. Also, make sure you don't apply any effects to the audio as your audition sounds as it if it has a 'robot' type of effect on it.
