Speedy still pending internal review..

Yesterday, I was able to complete a Speedy and a Contest audition within minutes of each other. To be specific, I completed the Contest audition AFTER the Speedy. The contest audition was internally accepted a couple hours later. It is now almost 20 hours after submitting the Speedy and it's still "pending internal review." What gives? This makes no sense and I am anxious to know if it will be accepted. Does one bunny manager work on contest auditions and one work on speedies, and the speedy manager left early or never made it in? Just baffled and anxious...
