Wondering if I can challenge this rejection on my stats
Hey Voicebunny Crew!!! I hope your all doing well I just had a quick question since I've only been using your platform for a couple weeks now. I recently received a Rejection from a project I turned in a couple days ago regarding an Advertisement for a 15 second spot. Before I accepted the Speedy Project I realized that they were asking for 51 words and two small pauses to be included in that short amount of time, which I thought personally was not enough time. Either way I knew I could perform it but all they are really going to get is a fast read so I went ahead and did it. I personally know that it was a good performance but after two days of waiting for them to approve it I get notified that they rejected it. At first I thought it was maybe that my Voice just wasn't what they were looking for but then I receive a new Speedy Project available for the same one literally one minute later! When I read the description this time they put down that its a 15-20 second ad!!! I was a little hurt when I read that but hey things happen. My question is if I feel that I wasn't given a fair opportunity to perform a better read to this client in the first place due to them not realizing they made a mistake can I challenge this rejection on my stats? Otherwise is this just one of those lessons where I just have to be extra careful next time I accept these Speedys and have some other Voice Bunny Pro make the same mistake when I don't take them. I really appreciate your guys's feedback and hope to talk to you soon!

Hi Ryan!
We can totally help with this. Would you mind sharing the project ID and/or link?
When you receive this type of rejections, we're always open to analyzing the case and seeing if we can ignore it from your stats. As long as you share the project with us, we, alongside our QC team, will check it and make the decision. We know sometimes you did a great job and some projects shouldn't impact you!
Lookin forward to it!
Hi Angela! Its ID =723277D9A340FECA9EB5
I don't know if its the same ID when they re auditioned the project, but thats what I have on file.
Hi Ryan,
