Account Reactivation - New Studio
Hi,
My previous studio setup was rejected for "boxiness".
I now have a much larger booth which has been fitted with acoustic treatment (including rockwool bass traps) under the guidance of a qualified acoustic engineer.

Hi Mark,
This sample sounds good in terms of acoustics. In terms of EQ I'd try to tame the 's' sounds a bit as they are a bit loud but that's more of a personal preference.
Make sure the samples in your profile match this quality, and remove any that don't.

I'll run a de-esser on my audio in future.
I've removed all my previous samples and replaced with new ones recorded in my new studio (will be adding more over the coming weeks)...am I ready to be activated?

I see you uploaded the same samples that didn't match our standards for which they are all rejected. Please remove all the samples you currently have in your profile and upload them all following the same setup we approved here!

I've deleted all the current samples apart from the Powerproject BIM one which was added by a client (I didn't know if this would affect the client if I deleted it).
The samples I uploaded on 1st August were recorded in the setup you approved but I applied a de-esser, which might be the cause of the issues.
I've recorded and uploaded a new set of samples today with no de-essing applied. If you can let me know if this resolves the issue that would be great

Hi,
I've received two emails samples saying my sample has been rejected to to white/noise/hiss. Unfortunately it doesn't say which samples this applies too, is it two in particular or all of the ones I uploaded yesterday?

I'm sorry for the inconveniences. We just activated the notification emails for the rejection of samples and we're still tweaking it! Sorry the info wasn't included. Would you mind letting me know when was the date you received the emails? I'll check our database!
