Thank you for sharing your case with us.
I've checked your request and noticed that our system automatically deactivated your profile because most of your samples have been rejected by our Quality Control team. Our system does this completely automatically to ensure we're only offering the best quality to our clients. In your case, 32 out of your 43 samples have been rejected by the team which caused the immediate deactivation.
I hope you understand where we’re coming from. As we resell your work to our clients, we need to ensure that all our Pros are capable of producing recordings that match our current quality standards.
Please share a file you've recorded recently with us here in this thread. Our QC manager, myself and other Bunny Pros will be glad to give you all the feedback necessary regarding your quality so you can make any necessary adjustments. We will reactivate your account once all the issues have been addressed.
