Incorrect Stats

Hi there,

I've been with VoiceBunny for about three years, although I haven't been consistently completing/receiving projects, and working a full time job had kind of pulled me away from committing to building up my profile more.

Recently I've found time and have had the desire to get back into the site and reestablish myself. I know that the stats reset after 365 days which is likely why I'm finding that I'm not being invited to auditions or even bookings, only speedies. This is OK, but it's not really allowing me to get my profile to the well rounded stats I desire, and ultimately need to get more projects. I've even uploaded more high quality samples and adjusted my rates, still nothing.

All this aside, the main reason I'm writing is because I noticed something odd when searching for my own profile online. My turnaround time for even the shortest of projects (Around 100 to 500 words) is 3-4 days, which is definitely not true and is probably affecting my chances of getting more bookings. I'm aware that this probably relies on your algorithm crunching up my stats and spitting out some kind of average but I feel like it's not taking the recent speedies I've done into account. I've done around 10 speedies this month, as well as a couple of contests, all of which were finished either in the same day or even the next day. I also have minimal rejections over the course of my time at VB so I don't think that would be a big factor in this case?

In short, would there be any way to reset my stats for turnaround time to something more suitable, as I feel like the quality of work I provide and at the speed at which I provide it is being undermined here. Either that or send me more auditions and contests to my profile so I can demonstrate what I mean :)
