Problems with initial pro-test

I'm trying to apply to become a bunny Pro. It took a long time for the test booking to appear in my email, when it finally did I was able to see the script and instructions. I thought I did a decent job recording it, but when it came time to try to finish the project mr. Buddy asked for my phone number. So I entered my phone number, and then an error message popped up saying I was not authorized to access that page! Then when I clicked on my profile, it said that this profile is no longer accepting bookings. Why is this? I've never even uploaded anything yet. Is it because I've technically been a member of this website for months but haven't done anything? That's because I'm still in the workshop phase and trying to get my studio set up but I'm finally ready to start recording.
