Deactivated..

I just received an email from you stating my account has been deactivated due to quality in my samples? I did not receive any forewarning of this and I'm truly surprised by this because of the amount of Speedies I record and I am in the top percentile in my stats. My stats are showing I'm not having an issue with my quality. I would really appreciate a reconsideration of this deactivation. It's kind of confusing to be in a top percentile and get deactivated for a quality issue? I have no problem removing these samples but I have sold a ton of reads and some have been featured. I have top of the line equipment and a whisper room acoustically tuned now so these issues have been long gone. Please let me know how you feel about this. Thanks in advance.
