Need to be able to set working hours
Hi there! I'm making a new post about this because I've seen posts dating back the last 3 years on this topic, and I'm concerned it isn't being addressed. I'm having a hard time getting started on VoiceBunny, because a disproportionate amount of my auditions come in while I'm asleep. I often wake up to 7 or 8 emails from VoiceBunny. By the time I'm awake though, I've missed the chance to submit, and as a result I'm in the bottom percentile for response time. Meanwhile, during the day, I only get one or two auditions. We need to be able to indicate our available working hours. Please advise! Thanks!

Thank you for your suggestion, Alana.
It's been quite challenging to be able to provide a solution for this matter that works for all our users (clients, Pros and admins). We're working on it and we'll surely take any ideas you may have in which we can solve it. We are open to all your ideas!

I know computer coding is a process (My husband works in computer sciences, and I used to design web pages), but I feel like when we sign up there should be a place in the form where we are requested to submit what our preferred working hours would be. It wouldn't be too much more to code
Then, when the bunny team searches for pros to fill a particular order from a client, Bunny pros who are immediately available will show up first, followed by pros who will be available in the next couple of hours, etc, applying all other filters, such as age, gender, and accent.
I feel this would eventually balance out well, because there are some of us who can only work evenings, nights, or weekends, and others who can only work in the day, when everyone else is at work or school.
I also feel like this is a VERY important topic to address, as not having working hours posted affects a bunny pro's stats AND performance. For example I end up with most of my speedies between 10pm and 3am. I was up late last night working on a speedy, I went to bed, and woke up this morning, having missed revisions that were required- mistakes that I made on my end because I was exhausted, because I had been awake for over 18 hours, because I had recorded that morning as well, and we need the money.
If Working Hours were in place, there would be better stats, better performance, and better quality on all fronts, which will, in the end, better serve the clients.
I urge the bunny team to take this into consideration, and put it high on the priority list. It will most certainly improve Bunny Inc. across the board.
Thank you.
