Tips for corrections, please!
Hi people,
I've done an unsuccessful test for Voice Bunny and one of the recommendations they've sent me was regarding "sounding engaging and conversational" and "normalizing the recording to -3db".
Is there anybody who could kindly give me more references about this sounding thing and tell me how I can check about this 3db?

Hi Sabrina,
After listening to your audition I'd say the main issue that needs to be fixed is your recording space. Currently it sounds very reflective and there's some background noise as well.

For engaging and conversational reads we recommend you read the script several times, almost memorize it and then try to add some interpretation to it. Add a dynamic tone and make sentences don't always end the same way.
In terms of normalization, this is a simple process that almost any recording software can do, which basically adjusts the volume so it's -3dB below peaking level.
