Hi Duncan
I am checking and your profile is actually open. I was able to access your profile and see all your samples. You have only 5 rejected samples that need to be removed, but your profile is accessible.
Can you let me know where you see it's inactive?
Thank you,
I can see a flag or status that says inactive - hence the question raised if there was anything in the background that has not reset after I had been on holiday in July. Things went extremely quiet in August and I was getting the ' jobs missed' email but no invites. I had not changed my rates. It was then I got the mail about the profile samples being checked and I thought that there might have been a link with this . ? no ? I have had a flurry of speedies recently but I did reduce my rates to try and stimulate some activity!! Any thoughts there Angela ?
sorry - I can NOT see a flag or status - is what I meant to start with ....
Thank you for letting me know, Duncan! I thought you saw the profile as inactive.
I am checking your stats and they are currently quite low. Out of 10 auditions you've sent, you haven't won a single project. Also, out of 5 Speedy projects you've sent, only 1 has been approved by the client. This is quite a low performance compared to our other Pros.
Keep in mind that Pros with high approval rates, high contest and speedy success, fast response time and lower rates receive invitations first. Every time one of your speedies gets rejected or your auditions are not chosen as the winner for a project, your ranking falls down and our algorithm starts inviting other Pros with better stats before you. This doesn't mean, though, that you will never get invited again, it means that you may see fewer invitations.
In order to improve this, it is vital to take advantage of the projects you are invited to, to improve your stats. You can do this by being a bit more selective with the projects you participate in to make sure you're only submitting a recording when you're confident your voice goes well.
Another thing that may help you improve is to make sure your recordings are always in pristine condition. If you're receiving a lot of rejections or revisions from our QC team, it's important to take their comments into account and take actions. Delivering only top-notch recordings that match our quality standards will definitely help boost your reliability ranking.
I hope all this information helps!
