    Hi Fabián,

Your profile was indeed deactivated automatically because quite a few of your samples were rejected. I'd say the main cause of these rejections are hiss, boxiness and maybe excessive compression in some of them.

I'd suggest reducing the amount of compression you apply to your samples and then checking what's the source of that background hiss. Normally it's caused by recording equipment  (recording interface or microphone) or background noises like a computer fan or A/C.

Lastly, for the boxiness issue, I'd suggest adjusting your recording space to try and minimize the amount of resonant low, low-mid frequencies present.

Please share with us some new samples so we can further advise you on these issues (and if they're good, then reactivate your profile!).

    -Seb

    Gracias.

Hello Sebastian, thank you very much for answering.
My profile was deactivated, because the duration of the samples was less than 15 seconds and I did not know that I had to respect that minimum time. Already erase all samples less than that amount of time.
However, if necessary, I can record new samples.
    Thank you

    https://help.bunnyinc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000253639-What-constitutes-an-effective-sample-

    ID Nombre Link
105993 Application project for James Cramer
    106552 Audio book sample
    113422 Epic Movie Trailer
    113428 Live Announcement
    121673 Lady&Blade(Morphis)

    Muchas gracias.

I've gone through this process once before and had it fixed and my profile re-enabled. Then today, I got a bunch of emails saying a bunch of my samples on my profile were bad... Which is frustrating because a lot of them were from accepted projects. Now my profile is deactivated again. How many times will I have to go through this.

Also, the only way for me to know I'm not getting projects is if I look at my profile which I happened to do today. If I hadn't I wouldn't be receiving projects for a long time and have NO idea why. There should be some notification that our profiles have been deactivated....

    Someone please help.

    Hi Garrek,

Thank you for letting us know about this.

As you mentioned, these samples were approved a while ago, however, as you might expect, our quality standards, the same as the quality of our Pros is constantly improving.

That's why our team is currently evaluating the samples and making sure we are all aligned on this front.

We hope you understand we do this to make your profile stand out better and leave you only with the samples we know will get you more work.

Now, for the deactivation, once our system notices that our Pros have more than 50% of their samples rejected the system will deactivate their account. It has an easy fix tho. First, delete those rejected samples, then, post a fresh sample for evaluation, once our team approves it, we'll be able to reactivate your profile.

Let us know if you have further questions or comments.

Okay... Could you guys notify me next time? I just spent a whole weekend freaking out because my profile was randomly disabled with no explanation until now. I hope you can understand how incredibly frustrating it is to have your job, and life, on hold, with no explanation.

Also, it would also be great to be notified about our profiles. Have I known there was a 50% threshold I would have done something about it before then.

I uploaded a new sample a few days ago that was "approved" on a project.  And now it's been rejected. How soon should I expect my samples to be rejected after being approved??? This is ridiculous.

Also, now that I am reuploading samples they are getting rejected automatically...what does this mean?

    Hi Garrek,

We invite you to try and upload your samples again.

You shouldn't have any issues now.

About the rejections, every time a member of the team rejects your sample, you will get an email letting you know about that decision.

That should let you know about the situation and give you a proper notification so you can delete it to avoid unwanted deactivation.

Please, let us know if you can upload your samples now.
