Kicked off because of a sample Voice Bunny added to my profile
I received an email telling me to delete a sample called "From the Heart"
It was a commercial I recorded for a VB client. Because the client was highly satisfied, VB added it to my profile automatically. I am now kicked off VB...crazy thing is--I just received a five star rating from a client yesterday and finished a 7 minute script for another VB client today. What's going on? Please reinstate my profile.
Thank You,
Eleni Filippi

At 10:18 this morning, I received an email saying that a script I recorded has been reviewed and accepted by a Bunny Manager and I'll be paid in 30 days.
However, though I recorded a script this morning for a client who chose me, my profile is not active (telling the public I'm "no longer accepting bookings"--which is not true). Please reactivate my profile. Thank You.
This is day three of my profile missing. I was not notified that it would be taken down. I was not told it would be taken down. I was not given a reason why it was taken down. Please contact me.
It has been 8 days and I have not heard from anyone. I was not given a reason why my profile was deactivated. Please contact me.
Hi Eleni,
Sorry for the late reply. Keep in mind, that if more than 50% of your samples are rejected, our system will automatically deactivate your profile. Therefore, it’s important to remove every rejected sample from your profile.
While some projects may be approvable, that doesn't mean the sample from that project will meet all of our requirements.
We invite you to read our article on what constitutes an effective sample: https://help.bunnyinc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000253639-What-constitutes-an-effective-sample- With this in mind, we suggest you review your profile and ensure it is up to date showcasing your best work only.
Having reviewed your previous submissions and community posts, we've now reactivated your profile.
That's interesting because I was not the one to add the sample to my profile--Voice Bunny added the sample. If it did not meet specifications, why did Voice Bunny add it in the first place?
All the samples I uploaded myself, Voice Bunny approved them. I'm still not sure why my profile was removed. Just trying to remedy this in the future.
If a client agrees that the sample can be shared, the system will automatically add the first 30 seconds of the first part of that project to your samples. In this case there's no manual check of these samples. Unfortunately, a few percentage of those do not meet our guidelines. While the part might have been fine for a project, it might not meet all the requirements for effective samples.
To prevent this just make sure to check your samples every now and then to revise and remove any that do not really show off your best work.
