Account blocked after vacation?

I told voicebunny I would be away for two weeks in August 2018. Since I returned, my account is blocked. My Profile is showing "Bummer!... not accepting"

I am missing work.

I contacted technical support and was told it's because "all 14" of my samples are below quality standard.

I am confused, because they are mostly from completed, paid, Voicebunny projects.

Also, I have 24 samples, not 14.

Maybe this a technical problem. But they say the only way to appeal is through the Community.

Has anyone else had this problem? What's the solution? thanks.
