The recordings have the following problems that I can identify:
1. High level of Room echo and background noise. The background noise sounds like a fan or movement behind you so I believe you should review your acoustic treatment.
2. Hiss noise. It's quite prominent and it's also very consistent so I believe this could be coming from a piece of equipment you're using. Can you let me know which gear you use to record?
3. The voice sounds quite nasal. This is more likely caused by an inappropriate mic technique. Try to record with your nose outside of the main mic's capsule. This will ensure that the sound that comes from your nose is not picked up so strongly. Also, recording at an angle and at an appropriate distance will definitely improve how the frequencies are being taken by the mic.
