Seems like a step forward, but it's unusable for me.
1. In an effort to save hassle of copy/paste, etc, I read these jobs right off a 10-inch tablet, but the font size is far too small to read clearly.
2. The "more" command is unnecessary (and actually a real hassle...at most, there ought to be an "expand all" option). It doesn't work properly. Some words are not visible at all, yet there is no "more" option there. This will lead to nothing but headaches and is a real priority if you are serious about rolling this out anytime soon.
I am very happy to see progress, however. There is much about the site that could really be improved, and it seems like you're trying to get serious about doing so.
