Hello,
I just got a new microphone (AT2035) and testing it out with my interface. I would like some feedback, does this audio sound good? What can I do to improve it?

Hi Lance
Thanks for sharing. The recording sounds quite boxy and has a high level of room reflections as well. This is more likely caused by an inappropriate acoustic treatment of the space and mic technique. I suggest you review how you're treating the room and where you have the mic located to see why there are reflections and how the acoustic padding is impacting the way your voice is getting picked up.
There's also some hiss noise which could be coming either from the space or from adding too much gain on your interface. Which interface do you have?

Hi Lance
Thanks for letting me know. I believe the main problem is the space's acoustic treatment. There are a lot of guides on this topic online! We actually have 2 that may be useful for you:
