Revision requested for hiss. I don't hear it.
I'm trying to submit a file for my wife who is the owner of this account and was told there is excessive hiss. I do not hear it, and honestly, this process has been extremely frustrating. I'm a video production professional and the work we are submitting is perfectly acceptable to me, and I've received and worked with much worse work from studios.
Are my ears just going?

Unfortunately, the recording does have a high level of hiss noise. Also, the file has some room reflections, plosives on certain areas (for example, the first "today") and the edits on some areas are too harsh.
How are you recording? Unfortunately, this quality is not approvable.
