This voice actor is no longer accepting bookings.
Hello. Apparently my profile is showing me as no longer accepting bookings. My guess will be recently rejected samples from my profile. I have deleted several of them this morning and uploaded some fresh ones today. Can you please check my current samples and let me know if there are any others that require replacing?
Thanks.
~ Toby
PS: On a side note, I've been a Bunny Pro for a few years now and only within the last 3 weeks or so have I been receiving an influx of rejected sample notifications. Most of them came from works that I completed for clients that passed through Voice Bunny's QA department prior to being sent to the client for approval. How is it that samples from work that were approved for delivery to a paying client not good enough to be used as a sample? I wouldn't expect there to be any difference in what your team considers acceptable for one vs the other. If there *were* a difference in quality levels that were acceptable, I would expect the audio being delivered to clients to require a much more thorough analysis than what you consider as acceptable for a demo, so I can't understand why it was good enough for a client but not as a sample. Thanks in advance for your insight.

Hi Toby,
The reason your account was deactivated is indeed because of those rejected samples. I've listened to some of your samples and I prefer the newer ones, they sound more natural and less compressed. Could you please upload a sample here so we can evaluate it?
Thanks for your feedback regarding the sample rejections. To be honest, we see it from the opposite point of view, we believe only the very best samples should appear in the search and it shouldn't be crowded by ineffective samples that don't match our standards any more. This should help clients find the perfect voice faster/more easily.
Sometimes samples automatically taken from projects do not meet our sample requirements, for example, if the first part of the project was very short or required several takes.
I hope that explains the process better. We'll be waiting for your sample so we can re-activate your account.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have recorded a new sample just for you and posted it to my DropBox.

Hi Toby,
Thanks for that, we've now re-activated your profile. Keep in mind that some of the old samples in your profile might still get flagged for overcompression, so I'd add a couple of new ones and delete the old ones.
