Unable to change my profile following audition rejection
Hello folks,
My third audition was rejected because I didn't use a Scottish accent in my submission. Unfortunately, I have no way to delete this accent setting from my profile until I am accepted by VoiceBunny. I communicated with someone following the last rejection (Angela?) who said that she would delete my account so that I could set up a new profile. Nothing has happened yet, so I can't re-apply.
Any ideas on how I can move this process along? This audition/rejection process has been going on for months now.

I'm sorry the account wasn't deleted before. I did process the change, but it looks like the system didn't save it. My apologies for that.
I have done so again, so please allow our system 24 hours before reapplying. You should be able to create a new account in this time frame and your old credentials shouldn't work. If you have any troubles with this, please let me know.
Also, keep in mind the project will be sent within 2 hours after creating the new account, so make sure you're available to record.

Thanks for your speedy attention to this matter. I'll reapply tomorrow in order to give the system a chance to 'kick over'. Currently my existing account is still up and running. I assume that this will disappear when your account deletion takes place, right?

The old account will still show as if it existed with the ID, but as it wasn't accepted, it won't show on Search or impact your new account in any way. You can actually use the same email address if you want.
