    Hi Daniel!

    Thanks for sharing!

I don't feel any room echo, however, the file is too loud meaning you're recording with a bit too much gain on your preamp. Please lower it a bit! I usually recommend never going over 12-o-clock on your knob so you could use that as an indicator.

Also, the recording is quite sibilant. This can be fixed by recording farther from the mic and a bit more off-axis. I know I already recommended that, but it really is the best way to ensure a more balanced frequency response. Wanna try that and share a recording here?

    Let me know!

OK, this was recorded off axis about an extended pinkie to thumb's distance away.  Zero plug ins, processors, limiters, normaliers, compressors etc! Just the pure raw sound of my voice.  Let me know.  I appreciate you!

....and pre amp dial was just under the 12:00  position.  About 11:55!

    Hi Daniel!

This sounds really good! I think we're good to go with this one. Try to remember this sound so you can emulate it for future recordings. Depending on the intention, you may need to lower the gain or even increase it to ensure the sound is similar to this one!
