Estimated time of completion
One of the most frequent questions I get when working with a direct clients is... "When can you have this for me"? -
I can imagine Voicebunny clients have the same question when posting their projects. From time to time, I've seen comments in project posts inquiring about tight deadlines.
When responding to a direct booking, (or any project), I would love to have the option to give the client an estimated completion time. This might provide helpful information for the client and perhaps the Voicebunny project managers.

Thanks for sharing your suggestions! At the moment, our system calculates the turnaround times automatically. This is because we also need to add time for our QC processes. This, depending on the length and complexity of the project, can be longer or shorter. The turnaround time will be automatically updated everytime you complete a new project.
If you find a project and you believe the time is too short for you, just email us! We'll make sure to let the client know and ensure they're OK with the deadline you can provide.
