    Hi Aimee

The recording has some room echo. It's not too bad, but it's important to consider adding extra padding or changing your mic technique so the reflections are not as strong.

There are other minor problems that are easily fixed. First, the 'p' sounds quite filtered. This could be because you added a noise gate or because you pronounced it a bit too soft. There are also some mouth noises and there's an editing clip at the beginning. This is easily fixed with editing. Just make sure you add fades to all the cuts you do.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Aimee

Unfortunately, before we do that we do need the problems I mentioned to be fixed. Your case is a borderline one and while one or two may be recording, the quality overall is not consistent enough. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience!

Can you please share a new recording with us?

    Hi Angela,

In the five days I've had my account back, every single submission I have sent has been approved by Voicebunny.
I have attached a job I did just four days ago that was approved by both Voicebunny and the client:

Would love my account back, please!

    Hi Aimee,

The soundcloud sample has a bit of room echo/reflections. While these can be unnoticeable if an ad has music, some of our clients need a cleaner voice if it's gonna be used standalone. I suggest to keep adding a bit of acoustic treatment to the room your recording in and trying different mic positions to check if it helps.

    Hi Sebastian,

I have made a couple of minor changes to my set up -
Please let me know should this revised sample of the clip above be better:

    Hello Aimee,

This last one sounds much better, although I'm still able to pick up some reflections (e.g. 04 "GEtting...", 07 "FIX...")

Do you happen to have an nearby object which surface can be reflecting your voice?

    Hi Aimee,

Compared to the last sample, this one sounds better in terms of acoustics. There's still room for improvement (pardon the pun) on the acoustics side as there are still some audible reflections. I'll go ahead and reactivate your profile in the meantime but hopefully you can keep working on reducing those reflections.

Remember to only upload samples that have this quality or better and remove the ones we've rejected.
