CLIENT REJECTIONS
I try to choose projects (1) with copy that seems a good for my style; submitted from reputable clients; and (3) when I know I can deliver a great read. Nonetheless, I get the occasional client rejection.
Voice Bunny tells us to be careful which projects we accept, and to use any rejections to inform ourselves about which projects to avoid in the future.
My question is this: what other possible criteria can I use (other than client stats, copy quality & my voice match) to know which projects to reject. Those few rejections are hurting my stats, costing me exposure and jobs.
Thanks for any ideas,
Joe Brown

Thank you for your inquiry, Joe.
It can be, indeed, tricky to know which projects to reject. I think you're doing what you have to do.
For those times when you've taken the necessary measures and you still get a rejection from our client, you have the possibility to share that project link with us, so we can, then, pass it along to our QC team for assessment.
Could you please check your email box? I've just sent you an email regarding this matter.
Best,
Oscar
Hi Joe!
This is quite tricky as Oscar said. I think one will never be 100% certain if a project will be approved. There are many reasons why a client may reject a project so it's a matter of doing the best you can. I think your formula is really good and it's what I personally do as well.
As Oscar said, in regards to the rejections we can analyze the ones you consider could be unfair! We'll always here and we'll let you know if we can ignore them from your stats.
Angela,
Glad to know I'm doing what I can. Oscar did submit the projects in question and VoiceBunny graciously removed them from my stats. Even so, it seems I get more rejections than most of your pros. Stats are still not great now, but they are better. I do appreciate you guys and everything you do in support of us.
Best,
Joe B.
Absolutely, Joe.
