Quality?
I had dozens of completed jobs with VB and then one day it all stopped, without notice. After a year, I finally got a note that my samples are of poor quality. I'd like to get my account re activated. What needs to happen?

We'll review your current audio quality, giving suggestions in case it needs improvements. Once the sample is of an approvable quality we proceed with reactivation.
