Please review this case: yesterday I got an email asking for changes, but I had an incident and couldn't get to a computer in time. When I did it was too late, the system just told me the work has been rejected but didn't show me the issues the quality control team had with my work.
Then the system sent me another email saying the project was still available, so I resubmitted. This morning I got the answer: "None of the issues mentioned were reviewed". I'm not trying to be funny, I still don't know what changes I had to make. They're probably minor, I followed all of the client's instructions.

I'm very disappointed in Writing Bunny for this one.
The problem started because I couldn't get to a computer in 3 hours, on a Saturday between 9:30 PM and 12:30 AM.
And five days later you haven't responded? I also sent an e-mail that went unanswered.
Even though I have the best excuse for the incident, I won't even use it, I own that I wasn't able to get to a computer in 3 hours.
But everything that happened post that was an easy-to-solve misunderstanding. The Quality Control Agent could have given me the benefit of the doubt and just send me the modification request again, and that's assuming he's not familiar with the in and outs of the system like myself.
Please review this case. You have all the data to do so.
