Audition Feedback

    Hi Michael,

Unfortunately, we do require Pros to record in an acoustically treated room with professional recording equipment.

I'd start by trying to get a good room to record in, (preferably small) and start adding acoustic treatment. Then getting a recording interface and mic and take it from there.

    Hope that helps.

I don't mean to be rude, and do want to learn how to get approved, but you apparently didn't read my post. I'm in a pro-audio-isolation-booth, using professional gear. Short of hiring an engineer, it's a pro-set-up.

    Hi Michael,

If you're in a booth, it was probably designed for music as there's quite a bit of reverberation which is unsuitable for VO work. In terms of equipment, there's excessive hiss, distortion and background noise typical of a recording made with a mobile phone or low-quality recording gear.

Hi Michael. I was going to listen, but looks like you've taken down the file. I got a "file missing" type error message.
