Keep rejection feedback visible even if time expires
Hi All,
I have noticed a problem with the rejection system that I think can be improved. When a sample is rejected by the QC team, we receive an email including a link to view the issues in question and resubmit. However, if we get the email too late, or if we cannot review the issues within the allotted time limit, the page with the feedback on it disappears. I think that even if the time limit is up, we should still be able to view the feedback so that we learn from our mistakes. Or better yet, consider including the feedback within the rejection email itself. This saves us a step and allows us to see the feedback immediately and keep it on hand for future jobs.
