There must have been a mixup or something with my sample cause these remarks I got are totally absurd.
This studio is known for having the best vocal sound in this country.
There is NO room echo here and the sound is as DIRECT as it can be.
Over processed? I use a vintage AKG C-414b ULS through an outboard UA6176 and then
SSL plugin and Waves L1 in Protools 2018 via Apollo8 interface.
The sample sounds perfect so I really want someone to explain this rejection to me.

Hi Jonas,
What we're looking for is closer to raw audio rather than produced voiceovers. Most of our clients do post on their own. Your audio sounds overcompressed, which is raising the amount of hiss and noises and it even brings out the sound of the room. I'd suggest you try again without using any compression whatsoever and only minimal corrective EQ. No noise reduction either.
Lastly, there are also some noticeable plosives. Make sure you record with a pop-filter.
With the equipment you have, I'm sure you won't have issues achieving great results, we look forward to hearing a revised sample.

I see a revision has been requested. It sounds way closer to what we're after, but be careful with plosives.

They are still telling me my samples are over processed
and now on top of that, I don’t have professional equipment enough?? I guess a vintage AKG C-414B ULS through outboard UA6176 to Protools is not good enough:))
Mr Torres, you really need to tell me what the deal is here? I thought you were a music producer formally from AVID and would definitely know when it sounds good I hope or is this just an algorithm or AI rejecting me?
