Denial...again.
Once again, I'm starting to believe what most people say about this service is true. That it's rigged. I've recorded this audio in a professional sound booth. Not one other professional engineer I've had listen to this have stated what you guys did to me
"Room echo throughout"
"Too far from the mic"
This is turning out to be a joke. I'm not here to pick on anyone but I honestly want to know how these below are better than my audio. Can I get honest answers on this?

Hi Rex,
Thanks for sharing these with us. Some of those samples are from talents that were accepted a long time ago or have since changed their settings (which is a hard thing to monitor but we're on it!). Regarding your sample, I don't hear any issues with acoustics. Perhaps it sounds a bit compressed and the mic is picking up a bit more of a nasal sound, but these are not dealbreakers.
Although, as requested on the instructions, please normalize your file to -3dB before submitting.
You can apply again, and I'll forward this case to the team so we're better aligned when sending rejection comments.
Thanks again.

I am pretty sure the file was normalized per the instructions given unless an unsaved file was sent, however, even with it normalized, I find no grounds for denial.
I've submitted a reconsideration. How long will this process take?
Hi Rex,
Just another v/o guy here who has done work with VoiceBunny a little over two years. I listened to the exmaples you included, and compared to yours. I understand your points, particularly when it comes to the Tesla sample (4th down I think) that had quite a bit of room reflection.
Your sample sounded quiet to me, my only comment that it sounds a bit over compressed to my ear.
As far as VB being rigged, I don't think so. I can only tell you my experience. I've been in the business over four decades, and can tell you when I stared doing work for VB, I had to up my game - not in equipment - but in listening to my own performance - and recordings - better than I ever had.
VB does have over 30,000 voice samples to monitor and quality control, so I'm sure it's a never ending job for the QC team, Hang in there. I think with a review and maybe a minor tweak, you should be good to go.
Out of curiosity, what mic and interface do you like to use?
Best,
Joe Brown
Thank for the kind words, Joe.
I haven't heard anything back regarding the review nor have I received the request. The crazy thing about the "compression" that has been mentioned a couple of times is that there wasn't any.
Mic>Interface>Adobe
Hopefully they step up and make good on this issue.
Thanks,
Rex
