New Home Audio Recording Quality Issues
I am hoping for some feedback on the quality of this audio - is this quality up to standard for approval? My studio was relocated, and I am trying to work out the kinks of my home recording studio. Any advice as to whether this quality is to standard would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Marcia,
I've listened to your sample and I think it sounds quite good. Perhaps there's a bit of audible hiss in between words, this could be caused by recording equipment but it's not a dealbreaker.
Also, are you using any type of processing like noise reduction? I hear slight smearing of high frequencies, it's more evident in the second take. Again, no big deal.
Lastly, make sure to normalize your files to -3dB when submitting. This one seems normalized or limited to -.3dB.
