    Hello, Ericka.

Thank you for letting us know about this.

I'm sorry for the delay here.

In case you need anything in particular about your account in the future, please send us an email to support@bunnyinc.com as these matters tend to take less time to be resolved via email.

I was checking your profile, and I see that it has lost some ranking due to your stats. In your case, out of 6 auditions for contests eligible for your stats, you have not won any. Also, out of 20 speedy projects you've sent, only 14 have been approved by our clients. These numbers are quite lower compared to other Pros within your demographic group.

Keep in mind that Pros with high approval rates, high contest and speedy success rates, fast response time and lower rates receive invitations first. Every time one of your speedies gets rejected or your auditions are not chosen as the winner for a project, your ranking falls down and our algorithm starts inviting other Pros with better stats before you. This doesn't mean, though, that you will never get invited again, it means that you may see fewer invitations until you have improved your stats.

For this reason, it is vital to use the invitations you receive to improve your stats. You can do this by being a bit more selective with the projects you take to make sure you're only participating when you're confident you are a good match. You can also improve by accepting the projects as soon as you receive them. This refines your response time, and will make you more reliable and get you higher in the rank.

Notice as well that over 70% of our projects are Bookings, so it's expected for Speedy and Contest project invitations to be low. Be sure to keep your profile updated with high-quality samples and in categories where you don't see many. We recommend you to have around 50 samples across the accents and age ranges you have chosen. It’s also important to consider having at least 1 per purpose. This should give you a better chance at matching our clients' search parameters.

Another thing that may help you improve is to make sure your recordings are always in pristine condition. If you're receiving a lot of rejections or revisions from our QC team, it's important to take their comments into account and act accordingly. Delivering only top-notch recordings that match our quality standards will definitely help boost your reliability ranking.

I hope all this information helps! Let me know, however, if something is not clear or if you have more questions.

    Best,

    Oscar
