Sample rejected as it 'does not match purpose selected'
Hi,
You've recently emailed me saying my sample Pitch Saudi (116507) has been rejected. This sample was put on my profile by Voicebunny as it is a booking I completed for you about 18 months ago.
The reason given for rejecting the sample is that it apparently doesn't match the 'purpose selected'. I had picked Commercials/Advertising for this project. I'd class it more as a corporate promo, but you don't have a category for that. What should I have picked? And how can I change it when the only option on my profile seems to be to delete it?

Hi Matt,
Perhaps it could fit into the presentations/educational category as it sounds like it's an internal kind of promo. I'll share this case with the team as I believe we don't need to be as strict with this kind of labeling.
And unfortunately, there isn't an option yet to edit current samples so your best bet is to delete it and re-upload it with the new purpose.
Thanks for your reply Sebastian, I thought that might be the only other category it would fit, but wasn't sure because of the educational element.
I agree that it is a bit too strict to be rejecting samples purely on this basis.
I'll see about getting the sample re-uploaded in a different category ASAP.
