How do I get my account off hold?
I have satisfactorily completed a speedy and on the same day was told my account was on hold. What do I do to get this resolved?

Hi Bruce,
We've noticed a few of your previous projects have been rejected due to boxiness (an undesired low mid frequency resonance in your recordings) and hiss.
In order to fix the resonance, I'd suggest adding more acoustic treatment to your room, playing around with mic placement and angle of recording and you could even try some corrective EQ to attenuate the issue.
To fix the hiss we suggest shying away from using noise reduction software as this can often introduce artifacts and reduce the quality of the recording. Instead, I'd suggest checking your recording chain and isolating the source of this hiss to be able to fix it.
Once these issues have been addressed, please send us a sample and we'll proceed to reactivate your account.
