The audio clipped at the beginning of your first sentence. (Did you happen to compress it?) Please avoid any additional process apart from a gently used corrective EQ.
There is resonance in different parts of the recording, but you can clearly hear it at 0:05 "PROTECting our...". Please, avoid recording near any surface that might be reflecting the sound waves of your voice.

Background noise at 0:14 after "changed"
Loud breath: at 0:23 after "town"
Once you've solved these issues, please re-submit your recording so we can check it again.

"There's still a bit of room echo. He needs to keep working on the acoustics of his space. All the rejections in the last projects he's worked on have resulted from room echo."
