Hey. So I was working on a vo and you guys sent it back to me because you said there was distracting breathing in the beginning of the file. I always control my breathing, however, in this ad the client asked for a long exhale in the notes which I provided. But on your end whoever was listening took it as a breath that was not needed....so, what I am going to do is delete the breath since I can't chat with anyone immediately on here, and then if the client asks for a revision, add the exhale back in. Thanks...... Just a question or feedback: is there any way we can chat directly to you guys immediately in situations like this? Because if I wait to hear back and don't do anything, I could lose the script to expired time because it's a speedy... Michelle

These cases are much better handled via support@bunnyinc.com as the PM team is in charge of all ongoing projects.
I've seen that your deliverable has been approved in the end. Apologize if that revision request was not needed.
Whenever you flag a project and the PM team takes too long to respond, please just submit the recording according to what you understand from the instructions. If there are any issues with QC we can always double check the reasons behind the rejection afterward.
