Hi everyone,
Could someone please tell me where I've gone wrong in my pronunciation?
I double checked it before I sent it and I listened to it again once it was rejected.
I'm not sure if it's my accent for how I've said something or if I did pronounce something wrong and didn't pick it up.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing this case, as I believe we could have been more specific in this case.
The script reads "on 12th-13th July." You actually improved on the script and said "on the 12th to 13th of July".
Aside from that, I hear no issues.
We'll remove this rejection from your stats and I'll forward this case to the team so we can improve on the feedback we provide.

It will help me avoid this again.
