Can't withdraw money credit to my account

I've got credit on May 04, 8 days ago like the below
Money credit #949631, and can't withdraw 10 USD into my account.
It doesn't show any further process to decide Paypal or bank account in which usually did before.
Would you take a look my account and this inquiry?
