Hi Andrew,
Thanks for sharing your file. On a recent project (Cement All) the QC team sent several revisions because of room echo. There was a sort of slap-back echo, which can happen when one of the walls you're recording in is untreated.
In this sample this problem is more subdued but there is still a bit of echo after some words.
I'd suggest adding just a tad more acoustic treatment to your room to improve on this front.
