Rejected sample
Hello,
I'm rather at a loss for words here. The feedback in the mail is that there was "audible room echo" and "Loud background noise".
As an audio engineer, I'm pretty sure that's not the case.
There was no mention, thankfully, of overcompression, which fits as I did not apply any.

Unfortunately, the file is suffering from both of those issues. Make sure you listen back on headphones. The background noise is quite audible as it's cutting on and off after every word. This type of noise could be caused by a fan in the room your recording room or faulty equipment. As for the echo, it's not as prominent but it's clear in certain words, for example in "take part".
